General Address Tips

ADDRESS FOR A PERSONAL RESIDENCE:

Address line 1 should contain the primary address information.

Address line 2 should contain the following, if necessary:

Apartment number (Apt 123)
Care of (c o, a space is necessary between c and o)
Attention (attn Jane Doe)

COLLEGE OR SCHOOL:

Address line 1 should contain the primary address information and secondary address information (e.g., floor, suite or mail stop number) on one line.

Address line 2 should contain the building/dorm or school name.

Avoid using special characters or punctuation (such as %, &, ', -, ?, !, etc.) when entering your address

City Name Discrepancy
Our system defaults to the city that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has designated as the delivery zone to your area. After you enter your information, check your address. If the city shown is not exactly what you entered but your street address is correct, your package will be delivered to you.

Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields.
In order to ship your items in a timely fashion, we're unable to accommodate requests for specific shippers.
