What is No Worry Plus?
No Worry Plus is a combination of No Worry Protection and Warranty Plus. No Worry Protection is an insurance program that covers lost, stolen, and damaged equipment and Warranty Plus is a service contract warranty program that covers mechanical and electrical failures. Offering No Worry Plus to your customers will allow the customer to enjoy the benefits of both insurance and warranty protection coverage.
Who is eligible for this coverage?
Any new subscriber or customer who has purchased or upgraded their equipment in the last 60 days.
How much are the No Worry programs?
No Worry Plus combines the No Worry Protection program at $3.99 per month with a $49 or $79 deductible and the Warranty Plus protection at $1.99 per month with a $49 deductible. The No Worry Plus is $4.99 per month (which is a $.99 savings when the programs are purchased together).
Has the replacement process changed for PDAs and Smartphones?
No. The replacement process has not changed. To file a claim, access the Web Replacement Processing site, or call Asurion at 1.800.779.1568.
When can I start offering No Worry Super Premier coverage?
Beginning August 19, 2008, this new coverage became available for all subscribers within 60 days of a new purchase or upgrade of a PDA or Smartphone device.
What are the claim limits for the No Worry programs?
For the No Worry Protection program, there is a limit of 2 approved claims within any consecutive 12 months - with a maximum equipment replacement value of $1500/claim. There are no claim limits for Warranty Plus.
What is Insurance Fraud?
Assisting the customer in filing a claim that you know to be fraudulent. It is also considered insurance fraud when providing misleading, inaccurate, or false information in order to provide a customer with replacement equipment through the insurance program.
